I think that this means that everyone has their own responsibility. They can’t blame anyone else for it the blame is on them. Because everyone has a thing to do you cannot blame anyone if they didn't bring what you asked for. for example if you work on a project and you have to pick a partner then you have to pick wisely because if you don't then the person you pick could play around and not do the work at all.
